All dogs must have current records for:

🩺 WHAT ARE THE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS?

 

Your pup must be:

• ✅ At least 8 months old

• ✅ Fully potty trained (uses pee pads and/or does potty during yard breaks)

• ✅ Free of serious health conditions

• ❌ No cones, stitches, bandages, or collars

📝 HOW DO I ENROLL MY DOG?

 

Step-by-step:

1️⃣ 📧 Email us at bedandbiscuitguam@gmail.com   with:

• Dog’s name + desired stay dates

• Vaccination records

• Proof of flea/tick prevention

• Proof of spay/neuter

2️⃣ 📅 We check availability & documents

3️⃣ 🐕 Schedule temperament test – $35 per dog. This fee includes: 

• $18 (nonrefundable daycare trial)

• $17 (refundable if your dog doesn’t pass)

4️⃣ 📄 We send test info + “Get to Know Your Dog” form

5️⃣ 🐾 Bring the completed form to the test

6️⃣ ✅ Upon passing, book your stay

7️⃣ 💵 Lodging reservations require a $50 deposit (or 50% for holidays)

🎒 WHAT SHOULD I PACK FOR MY DOG’S STAY?

🧪 WHAT’S THE TEMPERAMENT TEST?

 

A mandatory 4-hour (1/2 day) assessment for all new guests:

• Tests friendliness, food/toy guarding, human & dog interactions

• Ensures a safe group play environment

 

💵 Fee of $35 includes: 

• $18 = member half-day daycare fee (nonrefundable)

• $17 = temperament evaluation (refundable if not passed)

🚫 WHY MIGHT A DOG BE DENIED OR SENT HOME?

 

Reasons include:

• ⚠️ Unmet medical or vaccine requirements

• ❌ Aggressive behavior

• ❌ Destructive chewing or excessive barking

• 💩 Uncontrolled accidents or medical conditions

• 🦠 Symptoms of illness (e.g., coughing, worms, diarrhea)

 

We’ll notify you right away and work with you on a solution.

🏠 ARE DOGS IN CRATES ALL DAY?

 

Not at all! They mostly relax in play pens and/or rooms with ample room to walk about and stretch out. 

 

Crates are only used for:

• 🍽️ Mealtime privacy

• 💤 Nap time

• and sometimes 🌙 Overnight rest

 

During the day: Dogs enjoy supervised group play and outdoor time!

We offer tours by appointment only

 

• 💰 Tour Fee: $30

• 💸 $12 is non-refundable

• 💵 $18 will be credited toward daycare on temperament test day

 

🚫 No tours during holidays, spring break, or peak seasons.

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• 📆 Standard bookings: Cancel 7+ days in advance for $40 refund from $50 deposit

• 🎄 Holiday bookings: Cancel 14+ days in advance to receive refund minus $25 fee

• 🚫 Cancellations with less than 7 (or 14) days = non-refundable

• ⏳ Allow 2 weeks for processing refunds
