• Full Day (8 AM – 4 PM): $25

• Half Day (8 AM–12 PM or 12 PM–4 PM): $18

• Check-Out: 4 PM – No extra fee

• 🐈 Pet carrier/crate (required for all drop-offs)

• 🐾 25 lbs of litter (for 2-week stays or less; +25 lbs per additional 2 weeks)

• 🧸 Favorite toy, towel, blanket, or item from home

• 💊 Medications (in original labeled containers)

We offer tours by appointment only

 

 

• 💰 Tour Fee: $30

• 💸 $12 is non-refundable

• 💵 $18 will be credited toward daycare on temperament test day

 

🚫 No tours during holidays, spring break, or peak seasons.

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• 📆 Standard bookings: Cancel 7+ days in advance for $40 refund from $50 deposit

• 🎄 Holiday bookings: Cancel 14+ days in advance to receive refund minus $25 fee

• 🚫 Cancellations with less than 7 (or 14) days = non-refundable

• ⏳ Allow 2 weeks for processing refunds
